Our normal business hours are 7:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Please reach events@valopark.net or 571-209-0272 for after hour receptions and dinner fees.
A minimum of 48 business hours is required for all standard catering orders and 72 hrs for dinner and receptions. All catering orders that are placed less than 24hrs, please contact events@valoparl.net or 571-209-0272 to see if your catering request may be accommodated.
A 15% late fee will be applied to the total bill for any catering that is requested with less than 24 hours notice.
Minimum order of 10ppl is required , all menu prices are per person and subject to 6% Virginia Sales Tax
The guarantee number of participants must be provided to events@valopark.net 48hrs prior to the event. Guarantees are considered final by the due date.
All cancellations must be made 48 business hours prior to your event. Any cancellation made in less than 48 business hours will be billed the total balance. All cancellations must be emailed to events@valopark.net .
If you are planning a special event and would like us to customize a menu. Please contact our events department at events@valopark.net.
Your food and beverage will be delivered at the time indicated under set time. If your meeting starts at 8:00AM, please arrange for your food to be delivered at least 30 mins prior to the start of your meeting to ensure promptness. Your catering will be removed at the time indicated under pickup time.
Chinaware services is available for any catered functions in the Conference Center and Dining Hall. China service will be charged an additional $5.00 per person for 75 guests and over, this service will include plates, utensils, glassware, and white/black cloth napkins.
As part of our standard services, we will provide tablecloths for all food and beverage tables. Linens for guest tables registration are not included but may be rented at an additional cost of $25.00 each. Specialty linens are also available upon your request with 48hrs notice. Prices for specialty linen rentals will vary based on your selection.
Floral arrangements are available through Flik events@valopark.net. Prices will vary depending on size and type of your floral arrangement. Please call the Catering Department for more details.
Beer and Wine are available through Flik events@valopark.net. We adhere to ABC and local laws regarding alcohol service. No alcohol may be brought to a catered event from an outside source. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or group for just cause at any time. For all catered functions with alcohol, a bartender will be required to supervise and bartend through the entire event. All alcoholic beverages must be consumed during the event and can not be brought out of the room for any reasons.
Events scheduled to start/end after normal business hours may incur labor charges as follows. Additional, labor charge for large events.
Catering attendants $45.00 per hour per person
Bartender $50.00 per hour per person
Chefs $75.00 per hour per person
The FLIK events manager will let you know in advance the actual labor charges. All staff have a 5 hour minimum. Please note certain events require both one hour for set-up and one hour for clean-up. This time will be added to the scheduled time of your event.
All Food and Beverage in the Conference Center, Dining Hall Space, Lobby and Auditorium is required to be provided by Flik.
